I have nearly 17 years of experience in recruitment, including almost a decade running my own company before joining Enerpoly. Over the past 5 years, I’ve focused on supporting entrepreneur-driven startups and scale-ups. At Enerpoly, I’m the first person in the Talent Acquisition role, and my work is quite varied. It involves a mix of strategic and operational tasks as we prepare for our growth journey, collaborating closely with our Head of HR to ensure we're ready for future expansion.
What I love most about my role is the variety and cross-functional collaboration across different departments. There’s a strong sense of purpose here—we’re committed to succeeding not just for ourselves, but for everyone. It is essential for the world that we can harness renewable energy.
It’s exciting to be part of this phase in our company’s journey, working closely with the business and driving changes quickly. Since I joined in March, we’ve doubled our staff and moved into a fantastic new facility where production will soon begin.
